Facilitation

Good facilitation turns many voices into a shared result. I lead your workshops neutrally, in a structured way and with an eye for the group.

What it is about

Anyone involved in the content can hardly lead a discussion neutrally at the same time. External facilitation creates a space in which managers and experts, too, can contribute their thinking freely.

My facilitation training comes from the Audi Akademie and the Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg (Euro-FH); in practice, I have led numerous workshops on projects, IT architecture and processes.

Frequently asked questions

Why external facilitation?

External facilitation is neutral with regard to content. It takes the load off managers, ensures fair participation and keeps the group focused on the goal.

How far in advance should I plan?

A lead time of a few weeks is advisable for good preparation. Please also note the cancellation rules in the terms and conditions.

Do you also facilitate workshops on IT topics?

Yes, especially those. Thanks to my experience as an enterprise architect, I understand the content and can bring business departments and IT together effectively.
