Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy?

Coaching is aimed at healthy people with a specific concern and is not a form of medical treatment. Psychotherapy treats mental illnesses. If signs of an illness emerge during coaching, I recommend seeking medical or psychotherapeutic help.

Is what I say confidential?

Yes. Everything you share in coaching remains confidential.

Who pays for it?

Personal Coaching is usually paid for privately; health insurers do not cover coaching. For work-related concerns, it may be worth asking your employer.
