My personal motivation

Taking part in a conflict training course set off a process of change in me that led me to coaching. The potential I have gained along my path in life motivated me to make my enjoyment of working with people, and my knowledge of it, an even bigger part of my profession.

A good, solid education is a prerequisite for working successfully as a consultant, coach or enterprise architect. But it takes more than that: an attitude to life. Understanding and respecting people as they are; motivating them to believe in themselves; not wanting to change who they are – and supporting them in their self-reflection with methods that suit them individually, so that they find their own solution. What matters most to me is a holistic view of enterprise architecture management that includes people and the organisation. Change always begins with oneself.
