Cancellation policy (right of withdrawal)

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)) in the case of contracts concluded outside business premises or exclusively by means of distance communication.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Peter Hoenig, Bürgermeister-Eilts-Str. 20, 26817 Rhauderfehn, phone: 04952 9527002, email: peter.hoenig@my-coaching4you.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments that I have received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which I receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. I will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay me a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform me of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract, in comparison with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires early if I have performed the service in full and only began performing it after you had given your express consent and at the same time confirmed your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal once I have performed the contract in full.
